Refund Policy — 24-Hour Window

All payments made in favor of Aptus Technologies are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of payment, regardless of reason.

Please Note:
  • No refund applies to discounted slots, promotional packages, or special offers.
  • For programs or services purchased at regular website price, refund requests must be sent via email to support@aptustech.in within 24 hours of payment.
  • Failure to request a refund within this 24-hour window will result in forfeiture of eligibility for any refund.

Information regarding our programs, services, and prices is available on the official website. By registering or subscribing, you agree to pay the indicated price as listed at the time of purchase.

During payment, you must provide accurate billing details including valid card or net-banking information. You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a valid contract with Aptus Technologies.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days post email confirmations.
